News - New SEN Module for hebron Engage
(Update 28 October 2007)Helping Students Who Need Help - Extra needs, Gifted or Talented
Hebron's Special Educational Needs (SEN) module for Hebron Engage has been released.
The SEN module tracks pupils who have extra needs, as well as those who are Gifted and Talented.
The SEN module removes barriers to pupils' achievement and potential.
From Register to IEP
Designed specifically around the pupil, you can easily follow the individual through the module, from their addition to the SEN Register to creating and reviewing their individual Education Plan (IEP).
Features
Create IEPs - Sections, Targets, Phrases, Staff Members, External Organisations, Reviews, and more...all available from a central area.
Record a Pupil's progress with the needs analysis facility.
Create SEN Specific Assessments.
User Define - Sections and Targets with phrases that can be tailored for the individual pupil.
Benefits
Pupil reviews can be monitored and different adults can be invited.
Resources required to progress a pupil can be identified and given a cost.
Security will only allow certain staff members to access SEN data.
No Duplication - no need to re-enter pupil information since this is drawn down from existing data already held in Hebron Engage.
Pupil Centric - The SEN module centres around the pupil, with most information being accessible in one screen.
And much more....
Design
The SEN module is designed to store pupil details with SEN throughout their time in the school, providing a single area to record and report on their learning requirements and status.
