Paula Jelly brings her
Accounts experience to Hebron's growing CSU |

Recognising the need to truly excel in customer service, Hebron has taken on yet another Customer Support Consultant.
Paula Jelly
Paula Jelly has vast experience working with accounting products such as Sage and SAP and is now enjoying the thrill and excitement of working with Hebron.
Paula's role is to liaise with customers to better understand how Hebron can best meet their needs and what can be done to provide absolute excellence in service.
Real Experience
In her past, Paula has worked in Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Credit Control, at the front end of using Accounts packages.
This means Paula knows what works and, more importantly, what does not work.
'I was always a very fussy user of Accounts packages,' explains Paula. 'I feel you have to be if you’re doing your job properly in any finance role.'
It is this kind of attitude which has made Paula feel very at home in no time at all. Precision and accuracy are paramount in Hebron's Customer Support.
Highly Active
Paula is also a swimming teacher for four to ten year olds in her local area. 'I wanted to do something for the young people I live near,' says Paula. 'I did so much swimming when I was travelling around the world that it seemed the perfect thing to do.'
Paula recently travelled the east coast of Australia and enjoyed the active lifestyles there, immensely.
