The CSU's standard support hours are 0900 to 1630, Monday to Friday, but is able to respond to emergencies up to 1700. The exception is on Tuesdays during times of internal training - please see below.
Furthermore, extended hours of operation are made available during certain critical periods in the School Calendar. Details are published on the Home page, and circulated by email to all registered Hebron Users.
Support outside these hours, or over weekends, Bank or Public holidays, and from Christmas Day to New Year's Day inclusive, is not available without prior arrangement.
Internal Training
Internal Training for Hebron staff occurs on Tuesday mornings until 1100. These have proven to be invaluable and helps ensure we have dedicated time to learn new modules, new products and procedures. It has been shown that holding them on a Tuesday rather than a Monday is less disruptive to our customers
During this time, the Support Department will be not be fully operational, but will still handle emergency calls. Other calls will continue to be logged by email or phone.
