Taking the pain out of payments

In larger schools, the time taken to write cheques manually and enter the details into the accounting system can be a major headache.

This optional module enable schools automatically to produce printed cheques from within the system and to prepare files for transfer using standard BACS transfer software.

For cheque printing, the system offers a choice of layouts, with the ability to print on dot matrix or laser/ink jet printers.

Both modules integrate fully into the main Accounts system ensuring information is always up to date. As with all Double First modules, security control is provided to ensure that only authorised staff gain access.

Where individual schools require differing routines, different types of information or individually tailored reports, the software has been designed to ensure that these requirements are met through user-definable functions.
