C# Software Developer
Another developer is required to join our existing team. Commercial experience developing complex database applications is essential, with an appreciation of the full software development life cycle.
An understanding of accounting practices would be beneficial, as would any experience within the education sector.
Competence and experience must be provable in C#, .NET Framework, MS SQL Server including writing stored procedures, and Microsoft Operating Systems. Remoting and Crystal reports experience would be advantageous.
The ability to communicate and function effectively within a small team is essential, and you must be self-reliant and confident in your own ability. Some exposure to customer contact and support is preferred.
Web Developer
A further developer, specifically to concentrate on our e-Portal software, is required. Proficiency in asp.NET is essential.
Customer Support Consultant - with an Accounting Bias
Our Customer Support Unit continues to grow as a direct result of the success we are having with our flagship MIS software, Engage.
We need additional staff to provide office based helpdesk by telephone and remote support. Once proficient, the Support Consultant would occasionally be required to train at a customer’s site.
Having a good working knowledge of accounting practices and payroll programs would be an advantage.
Customer Support Consultants
Given the substantial rate of sales of our MIS software, Engage, we have two positions for support consultants with experience of database applications.
As above, the role is office based, providing helpdesk by telephone and remote support. Once proficient, the Support Consultant would occasionally be required to train at a customer’s site.
Having a good working knowledge of database applications would be an advantage.
